All photographs, images, text, graphics, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Robert Watcher and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

Purchasing a physical print or digital file does not transfer copyright ownership. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or use any images for commercial purposes without prior written consent and a separate licensing agreement.

2. E-commerce and Pricing

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the website.
• Payments: All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your location. While we strive to process and ship orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or unforeseen circumstances. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local government.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Damages

Because our physical prints are custom-produced to order, we generally do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. However, your satisfaction is important to us:

• Damaged in Transit: If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital files are final and non-refundable once the download link has been provided.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robertwatcher.com and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or the purchase of our products. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Canada.
